    Plot introduction

    　　李智峰（李凡秀 饰）曾在奥运会上获得过举重铜牌的好成绩，然而，艰苦的训练超过了他身体所能够承受的负荷，最终，李智峰只能遗憾的离开了心爱的赛场。之后，李智峰来到了一座位于农村的女子高中内，成为了那里的举重队教练，李智峰发现举重队训练的方式充满了问题，如果照这样练下去，非但成绩不会提高，还会使队员们受伤。　　力大无穷的英子（曹安 饰）、将考上哈佛视为理想的树玉盅（李索菲 饰）、精心照料生病母亲的丽水（崔文卿 饰），拥有火爆身材的敏熙（李尹熙 饰），这些性格迥异但同样善良的女孩子们，她们对于举重的热情激发了李智峰的斗志，在李智峰的带领之下，一行人以奥运会金牌为目标，开始了努力。   expand all
